This is a Franklin D Roosevelt and Little White House stamp from 1945.

This stamp has never been hinged and contains all original gum.

This stamp appears to be cut from a pre-made collection book and is encapsulated in plastic on hard cardboard. I believe this stamp would be considered absolute mint and would most likely grade out very highly if removed.

Unlike other sellers all pictures are of the exact stamp, no pictures are reused or stock pictures.
