This hand-painted Hazle-designed plaque comes with its original box, and signed Certificate of Authenticity, in a limited edition of 100 – this is number 81. The ceramic is based on a building in Conduit Street, London.

This ceramic is in perfect condition, with no chips, cracks or restoration. The plaque measures approx. 8.5 inches tall, 4 inches wide. From a smoke-free pet-free environment.
