DESCRIPTION: Rare Vintage 1970 Skipper "Rik Rak Rah" Variation Skirt in the "Let's Play House" fabric (#1733) - Includes yellow filigree hanger.

CONDITION:  Nice shape with signs of light play.  Clean with no holes, rips, or like damage.  Two front buttons and vinyl straps securely attached.  Hems and seams are tight.  Elastic around waist is stretched.  Skipper black & white tag on interior.  There are a few tiny marks where one strap meets the skirt on the back  - See photo.
