RETURN POLICY: Generally, returns on unopened (sealed) undamaged goods will be accepted free within 30 days. Unfortunately, due to the nature of collectibles, anything sold as sealed/unopened CANNOT be accepted once opened, so if your sealed product arrives damaged, please do NOT open it before contacting us.
If you wish to return already-open collectibles (e.g. "used"), please note that a discount may apply if market price has dropped significantly due to the volatile nature of the collectibles market. This will not apply if a return is due to damage or delay in transit or other conditions outside the terms of sale.
