SHIPPING POLICIES
We ship within 12-24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) of payment. For customers using E-Check, we will ship after the payment is cleared.

For customers in the United States:
Free shipping through USPS First Class with delivery confirmation. For customers in the United States: Priority Shipping is available for $6.95 with delivery confirmation.

For all other international shipment prices will be calculated through Global Shipment Program.

RETURN POLICIES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Sterling Sensation purchase, you may return it within 14 days. Returned merchandise will only be accepted in the original condition, with all tags still attached. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. International buyers are responsible for all applicable duties or taxes. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, we will credit the customer's account less shipping charges (including free shipping) minus a 10% restocking fee, or buyer may exchange for 100% store credit.
