Extra notes on quality:
Two layers of twill applique, stitched and heat pressed. Tackle Twill, Athletic Twill, Polyester Twill, and just Twill for short, are all common terms for the material embroidered on all professional sports uniforms for the letters and numbers. This garment has PSA Twill (pressure sensitive adhesive) and is embroidered with 23,000+ satin stitches. Heat pressing after embroidery bonds the twill layers together, and the whole applique to the garment. The result is a smooth design with no puckering or separation.
