DIRECTIONS    

Add 10g of MCT powder to a shaker or glass filled with 200-300ml of cold water or juice, and mix it up. We recommend to take it during and/or after exercise. 

Please note that this product does not come with a spoon. You can use two heaped teaspoons to equal the 10g serving size.
