If we do not have your chosen garment in stock we will let you know immediately and order in on our twice a week delivery meaning potentially a couple of days delay to us shipping out your order. The designs are created using Quality Hot Flex Vinyl precision cut and applied with a professional heat press. The designs have incredible detail and will not crack or fade with use. |

| | | Postage |  | We offer FREE shipping on most of our items and where we do charge postage we only charge what it actually costs us Your item will be carefully packed and dispatched within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) of receiving payment. Weekend orders will be dispatched on Monday.
We use Royal Mail 1st Class delivery for all shipments. This aims to achieve a 93% of deliveries next working day however this cannot be guaranteed. An option for Priority next day before 1pm is available at extra cost. |

| | | Returns | If you are not happy with your item or just change your mind we will accept any unworn re-sell-able item. Please return in the original packaging with 14 days of purchase.
