Probably worn a small amount, vintage macramé necklace in good condition, made sometime in the 1970s or early 80s by Laurie Flynn of Pensacola, Florida who was part of an artist co-op with a retail store called Casa de Cosas. My grandmother was a potterer and part of the same co-op.

Total length of the necklace is 21 inches, with the loop length of 13 inches. The rope is probably made of linen. In the video I say I believe the central stone with the yellow-orange swirl to be ceramic- which is probably wrong- I now think it is actually glass. All the other beads are of wood.

The rope and all beads are all in excellent condition with no signs of wear, chips or frayed edges. The only flaws are a few very small "age spots" or small brown stains. They aren't noticeable except up close, and they blend in nicely with the overall beige color of the rope. See photo with the pen pointing to one to get an idea.  Also see the video.

Necklace will be shipped in excellent packaging to protect the glass bead.

The macramé artist is a friend of the family who is an illustrator and art teacher, as well as macramé jewelry designer.
The artist has an adorable children's book for sale on eBay called The Yawn Book. I still have a copy and enjoyed it as a child.
