*** How to select proper band/ You should consider 2 important measurement.

  (1) Measure your watch width between spring bars (pic. # 1), (2) Using measuring tape, measure your wrist without any gap (pic. # 2), (3) Select proper one at wrist size variation, considering (1), (2) & Caution!!.

Caution !! 

Above 3 wrist sizes are calculated and made, based on our watch width (1 3/4") as basic size and it means if you have a similar watch width, choose a proper size your wrist is belonged. HOWEVER, if your watch width is big different (over 1/2" big or small), you should consider differences ('-' or '+') at choosing proper size.
