If you wish to cancel or return your order prior to shipment please contact us through the eBay messaging service. If your order hasn't already shipped we will endeavour to process your request but cannot guarantee this. If you have already received your order please let us know you wish to cancel within 30 days. In order to return an item you must return it in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

Prior to returning your item you must contact us through the eBay messaging service so that we can provide you with the relevant returns information. Once we have received and processed your return the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
