  This coat is in beautiful well-cared-for condition and just came from being dry cleaned there are 2 small wear spots on the lining right at the point where knee contacts lining  when  sitting (see photos) . Could be repaired easily with iron on patch.  Other than that this is a beautiful coat/  in well cared for / excellent condition.
