Irregular Choice always made unique shoes and, before the Disney and pop culture themes, they relied on unexpected shapes and unusual structural forms, as here. These are almost a bootie in the way the vamp comes to the ankle, yet the heel is open and the toe portion is a thong. The heels are high at 4", but not truly a wedge as they're more cone shaped, the actual heel being sort of triangular and about kitten height. Never seen anything like it. Materials quality is good too, blue leather piping, also lined in leather, with uppers of a heavy iridescent brocade in a shimmery blue to sea green color with metallic gold designs. Retailed at Daffy's, probably about 15 years ago, they're as new, tried on but never worn.
