Whiffy heat and cold pack is handmade in the USA of the softest cotton fabric (a Retro pink floral cotton print on front and softest pink cotton flannel on back) and filled with natural flax seed. Flax seed keeps its temperature better than rice or beans, which are commonly used in heat/cold packs. Flax seed makes a flexible but hefty heat/cold pack, it provides a moist heat, and the stuffing does not cook in the microwave like some other packs may. Flax seed packs can be warmed again and again without losing their effectiveness. This pillow has added dried lavender flowers (not oils which will fade over time), a proven aromatherapeutic herb.
Great for stress relief, cramps, reduction of swelling, injuries, comfort, soothing aches and pains, or an eye pillow. You can microwave this pack or keep it in the freezer to use as a cold pack (use that bag of peas for dinner instead!).
