Please note that the hardware is perfect, there is a bit shadow from the surrounding at the time of the pictures, everything NEW.

Measures over the chest 22" W, it can even stretch a bit, since there is an elastic piece in the back for comfortable fitting.
Dress is 28.5" L., measured from the underarm to the bottom. Waist is 19" W adjustable, just loosen the corset. Shoulder straps are adjustable. 

Weighs 1 lb. 2 oz. before the wrapping and shipping material.
