This is from my personal collection, I've owned it for a long time. It has been in a box protector for years.

Includes: Brand new and factory sealed.

Flaws- This has a barcode sticker over the bar code. That is common for this game. The seal is authentic factory seal with the vent holes.

Don't ask me what grade I think it would get. I've never had anything graded.
