This listing is for ONE cattle tag. The numbers will be random.  These tags are very well worn and well loved, although some show a little less wear and tear than others. The worn areas are a bit raised, but not sharp. They are made of hard plastic.  I have used these in multiple mixed media projects and for decorating. The bold graphic nature of these tags can't be beat.
