Stanley Frank Musial, nicknamed "Stan the Man", was an American baseball outfielder and first baseman. Widely considered to be one of the greatest and most consistent hitters in baseball history. He spent 22 years playing for the St. Louis Cardinals before becoming a first ballot inductee into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1969.
Career Highlights:
Scott Thomas has been collecting autographs for over 65+ years and has an extensive collection. Most of the items he obtained, he had signed all in person. From 1962-1967, he worked as a souvenir vendor and later as a stand manager for the LA Dodgers and LA Angels. From 1974-1992, he worked as a Professional Freelance Photographer in many stadiums and major sporting events throughout Southern California. This of course, led to many more opportunities to work alongside the ballplayers on the field, dugouts, dressing rooms, and even in their homes.
