Nice Lewis Weil Glamor Lady Head Vase.  She is about 4 1/2" tall and about 3 1/2" across. She does have a few flaws.  Below her eye lash, there's a small chip. There is a little chip on the purple flower. There is a rough spot on the top  rim of Vase. All of these are quite small.
