This listing is for a Fabulous vintage Roos Atkins black and creamy white women's wide brim hat, with a lovely red velvet hat band that was made in the U.S.A. in an estimated size medium. The hat is in good preowned condition. However, some of the shape comes back when a person is wearing it. Please check out my pictures for details and condition. The straw on the hat is not super stiff, but rather flexible.
