All the panels are identical - color photo of Manning preparing to throw a pass, with "COLTS" printed over his head, and "INDIANAPOLIS" printed under his feet.  Silver tone base and hardware. Fixture holds three bulbs. Electric, corded, with touch sensor in lamp base. Lamp turns on when touched, then cycles through 3 brightness levels (low, medium, bright) before shutting off. Approx 22" tall overall, including finial. Base is 7" in diameter, and has a black plastic panel covering the entire bottom. Shade is 10" tall, and 14" in diameter at bottom.
