This Striped dress was first released in 1999 and retired in 2006; making this dress with a Pleasant Company tag, one of the earlier made dresses
The dress has a Pleasant Company tag (label used by American Girl prior to Pleasant Rowland selling the company to Mattel, PreMattel)
The Velcro is strong and clean
