The Infernus INF-005 single tank, twin basket fryer has all the features your busy kitchen needs to keep up with customer demands. Impressive 5 cast iron vertical burners deliver rapid heat-up and recovery time, so you can fry large batches of food quickly and evenly. Robust stainless steel construction ensures long-lasting durability, even in the most demanding commercial kitchen environments. Prompt response thermostat ensures precise temperature control, resulting in perfectly cooked food every time. 

This model can be used on NG or LPG (Comes with conversion kit to LPG)

IMPORTANT - All commercial gas appliances must be installed by a qualified Gas Safe Registered engineer by UK Law. Failure to do so will void the products warranty. Proof of this will be required in the event of a claim. 

We will not under any circumstance accept any return or warranty claim if this unit has not been installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer and an installation certificate MUST be provided in such a case.

Under UK and Irish law the appliance must be fitted by a registered Gas Safe engineer. Failure to have the appliance fitted by a registered Gas Safe engineer is an offence, and will invalidate the appliances warranty.
