Cover spine edge has edge wear, some staining. Font cover lower left edge has mailing label residue. Spine edge, inside front cover page has a stain. Back cover has a few small stains and stained towards spine edge. The inside pages are in very good condition. Condition issues are more than likely from storage, not from use. Last photo shows areas noted.
