Made with organic brown rice flour and vermiculite with added gypsum for that extra kick! We our own ratio that has been tested for optimum growth rate and contamination resistance.

The best part about these bags is you can fruit in the bag! That is correct you can grow your mushrooms right in the bag no messing around with monotubs or fruiting chambers. All you need to do is wait for the block to fully colonise. Then trim the top of the bag right below the seal. This allows for fresh air exchange and mushrooms will begin to grow. Fold the bag over once and secure the top with a paper clip or piece of tape. And that is it - in a few days you can have your own mushrooms!

We sterilize for 120 minutes at 15 psi and keep our bags incubated for a minimum of one week. This way we ensure there is no contamination by allowing any stowaways to grow and show. Sterile bags are guaranteed!

A lot of PF Tek tubs are steam sterilised which in my opinion is not enough to ensure complete decontamination - this is why were able to offer a 40 day sterile guarantee!
