Really nice condition holds liquid just fine and it comes out the spout just fine operates properly as far as that's concerned even without the cord you could put cold or hot liquids in and serve with it but I'm sure there's a cord available on eBay somewhere and compared to the prices with chords I think this is Affordable enough to do so.  All the percolating parts are there also, which is kind of rare. Usually, the top lid of the basket is missing off most of the percolators I've had.
