The Infernus INF-120TT twin tank, 2 basket gas fryer is a top-of-the-line commercial fryer that is built to last. Robust stainless steel construction, four powerful cast iron vertical burners with precise temperature control, and heavy duty removeable rear castors for easy mobility. Crumb rack, lid and covers are included.

A great addition to any sort of catering establishment, whether a restaurant, cafe or catering truck.

This model can be used as NG or LPG - Comes with conversion kit to LPG

IMPORTANT - All commercial gas appliances must be installed by a qualified Gas Safe Registered engineer by UK Law. Failure to do so will void the products warranty. Proof of this will be required in the event of a claim. 

We will not under any circumstance accept any return or warranty claim if this unit has not been installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer and an installation certificate MUST be provided in such a case.

Under UK and Irish law the appliance must be fitted by a registered Gas Safe engineer. Failure to have the appliance fitted by a registered Gas Safe engineer is an offence, and will invalidate the appliances warranty.
