Multivitamin & Mineral

This multivitamin tablet provides 22 essential vitamins and minerals precision-formulated to support the nutritional needs of men. Designed to help prevent the most prevalent global vitamin and mineral deficiencies, and contribute to normal function and maintenance of diverse bodily systems including the immune system, skeletal system, cardiovascular system, muscular system, nervous system and integumentary system (skin, hair, nails).*

·         High in 12 vitamins: A, C, D, E, thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), pyridoxine (B6), biotin (B7), folic acid (folate/B9), cobalamin (B12)

Vitamins and minerals are essential substances that our bodies need to develop and function normally (EFSA, 2017). Obtaining sufficient amounts of each micronutrient is vital for health and wellbeing (WHO, 2021). Getting too little of certain vitamins and minerals over a long period of time can result in deficiencies and increase the risk of diseases (WHO, 2021).

Omega 3

These fish oil capsules are high in omega-3s, beneficial for cardiovascular health (Djuricic & Calder, et al., 2021), visual health (Giannaccare et al., 2019), brain health (Innis, 2008; Schaefer et al., 2006) and skin health (McCusker et al., 2010).

EPA and DHA – the omega-3 fatty acids with the most direct health benefits (Oregon State University, 2021). EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart*. DHA contributes to maintenance of normal brain function and vision**.
