The Shires Warma Rug 100g Turnout Liner is a great way to add and remove layers to your turnout rug quickly without fuss.

Designed to be used under turnout rugs in combo or standard neck styles. Being easily attached with touch close straps either side of the shoulders secures the liner to standard neck outers to prevent the liner from being exposed to the rain. The snap clips secure the rear of the liner to the rear D-rings of the rug.
