Coinciding with the release of the 3CD original soundtrack album for the documentary film "ZAPPA,'' which has been decided to be released in Japan, the long-awaited 2CD remastered Japanese version of the soundtrack album "200 Motels,'' which celebrates its 50th anniversary since its release, is now available.

The soundtrack of Frank Zappa's first film, which has been difficult to obtain for a long time, has been released in a new version, remastered by master master Bernie Grundman based on the backup masters kept in the Zappa family.

Contains mainly the pop songs of the Mothers at the time, featuring ex-Turtles Howard Keiran & Mark Volman (Flo & Eddie).
Contains representative songs including Zappa's orchestral number performed by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and ``Strictly Gentile'', sung by the famous actor Theodore Bikel.
