Lovely vintage RAMSGATE enamel crested silver-plated souvenir tea caddy spoon c1960s. 

Stamped [E] [P] [O] [B].  No maker's marks. 

In good vintage condition.  Enamel crest in good order.  Superficial scuffs, scratches and mild rubbing to the metal consistent with normal domestic use and storage.  Please look at the photographs.
