To heat PVC pipe until it's pliable, simply let the unit preheat for 10 minutes; the pilot light will let you know when it's fully preheated. The inside of this Greenlee electric PVC heater is insulated with fiberglass and has a reflective interior which helps to quickly and evenly heat your PVC pipe.
