We know you want your Art Supplies in your hot little hand as soon as possible so Art Shed Online have partnered with Australia Post and Star Track Express to deliver your parcel fast and efficient.

The majority of our items are sent via Australia Post eParcel which has tracking information. With this service, Australia Post will attempt delivery of your item and if there is no one at home, they will leave a collection card so you can collect the parcel from your local post office.

Larger items are sent via Star Track Express. The couriers will attempt delivery to your street address and if there is no one at home, they will leave a card so you can arrange a more suitable delivery time.

Australia Post (Parcel Post) – This is the normal everyday rate from Australia Post based on your parcel's weight and dimensions.

Australia Post (Express Post) - Need your parcel to arrive tomorrow? Choose Express Post for simple and cost-effective next business day delivery. Next business day delivery within the Express Post delivery network and fastest possible delivery to other areas.

NOTE – All express orders must be placed by 11 am to be sent same day. Art Shed cannot guarantee next day delivery – once the parcel has been sent it is in Australia Post’s hands.

How do I track my parcel?

Once your parcel has been sent, you will receive tracking information via email. You can also log into your eBay account and find the tracking number there.

Combined shipping

Art Shed will gladly combine your items into one parcel for cheaper shipping. Please request this before you make payment.

With Art Shed online's 30-day return policy, there are no catches or exceptions.

All we ask is that you send the items back to us unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 12 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your PayPal account or credit card.

We only accept payment through PayPal.

You do not need a PayPal account to pay.

PayPal will accept Credit and Debit card payments.
