РЕДКОСТЬ: билеты, номиналами в 1 000, 5 000 и 10 000 рублей использовались как облигации областного займа.
Покупка и регистрация облигаций этих номиналов производилась только при наличии паспорта
и областной прописки.
Борис Ефимович Немцов (1959 - 2015) - российский политический и государственный деятель, активист,
автор нескольких докладов о масштабах коррупции в России, активный критик политического режима Путина.
Первый губернатор Нижегородской области (1991-1997), член Совета Федерации (1993-1997). Министр топлива и
энергетики (апрель - ноябрь 1997), первый заместитель председателя правительства Российской Федерации (1997-1998),
член Совета безопасности РФ (1997-1998). На момент работы губернатором и вице-премьером был самым
молодым российским политиком в этих должностях.
Застрелен на Большом Москворецком мосту в Москве в ночь с 27 на 28 февраля 2015 года.

Немцовки - денежные знаки, подготовленные к обращению администрацией Нижегородской области
в 1992 году после постановления № 176 "О проведении областного займа".
"Для реализации принятого решения на Пермской фабрике "Гознака" были заказаны и изготовлены
потребительские казначейские билеты достоинством в 50, 100, 500, 1 000, 5 000
и 10 000 рублей
на общую сумму в 10,8 миллиардов рублей".
Идея заключалась в следующем: эти боны должны были выполнять двойную роль: денежных знаков, и облигаций
государственного займа области, о чём свидетельствуют надписи на них: «Потребительский казначейский билет
и облигация государственного займа Нижегородской области».
Одной из важнейших задач этих дензнаков являлось смягчение кризиса налично - денежного обращения.
Кроме стандартных, для временных эмиссий названий, вроде - "фантики", "билетики" появились и более
специализированные: "Нижегородки", "Борьки", "Немцовки" (по имени и фамилии Немцова), "Явлинки"
(одним из авторов реформы был Явлинский).
Постепенно за облигациями закрепилось название - "немцовки", активно использующееся и сейчас коллекционерами.
В реальной жизни города Дзержинска Нижегородской области, номиналы от 50 до 1000 рублей использовались
как "бензиновые деньги", то есть, они выдавались в счет зарплаты для покупки бензина. Действовали они в течении
довольно короткого срока - весны 1992 года.
Билеты, номиналами в 1 000, 5 000 и 10 000 рублей использовались как облигации областного займа.
Покупка и регистрация облигаций этих номиналов производилась только при наличии паспорта и областной прописки.
Известны (?) так же облигации второго областного займа - июль 1994 года, номиналы были следующие:
50 000, 200 000, 1 000 000 и 2 000 000 рублей, и облигации третьего областного займа - октябрь 1994 года,
номиналы были следующими: 75 000, 150 000 и 750 000 рублей, в народе их называли:
