for use with the MD-1, MD-2, MD-3, MD-4, MD-11 and MD-12 motor drives

Up for bids is this Nikon MR-1 shutter release which screws into a 3 pin remote terminal on a motor drive, such as the MD-1 or MD-2 drives for the Nikon F2 - it would also work with others that have the 3 pin terminal.

It converts the terminal into a convenient auxiliary motor/shutter release button, providing the ability to adopt a greater variety of shooting positions such as shooting verticals with the drive in place. The extension of the MR-1 makes it more ergonomic than an MR-2
