Forum  SF 9030, produced in 1959.  Jacket with moderate corner, light edge wear, small split bottom edge at opening, less than 1", no marks or rings, light age-toning around edges of back jacket.  LP stored in clear plastic inner sleeve, a good number of light visible but unfeelable scratches above clean vinyl, LOOKS PLAYABLE but I'll grade no higher than VG.
