Buyer is responsible for shipping costs to us as well as shipping costs shown in this listing. Shipping is vastly discounted for multi quantity purchases. Shipping is $4.25 for one disc, and $0.66 per disc there after. If you have multiple service needs for the same repair order, you will only pay $4.55 for the first disc & $0.66 per disc there after. WE WILL REFUND YOU THE DIFFERENCE AUTOMATICALLY WHEN YOUR DISCS SHIP BACK TO YOU
We use commercial equipment from Elm and Venmill to repair/restore discs. Use of these top of the line machines leave a manufacturer like quality finish. Our machines do not require the disc to be clamped down removing the risk of cracking or scoring the inner disc ring.
Typical turn around is 2-3 business days once we receive your disc.
Handling period is extended in order to give you time to get the discs to us.
Although we can not guarantee the success of every repair, we do have an excellent track record!
Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds on this service regardless of outcome.
Rejected Submissions: Rejected submissions: If your disc is too heavily damaged to safely process in our machines we will reject those discs. You will not be refunded for these discs. Discs will be returned to you and we will notate a credit for a future disc repair. This credit will cover the service selected and will not include any shipping costs paid. To avoid this please do not send us discs with cracks or damage that will allow liquid to penetrate the disc layers.
Non repairable damage includes but is not limited : deep pitting, cloudy or discolored spots, disc rot, top layer / foil layer wear, and cracks
Pease do not send us any disc cases or manuals for games that you would like to receive back. If excess materials cause a postage increase back to you those items will be disposed of. Discs stacked in a sandwich size bag, wrapped in a layer of padding, and placed in a small box is sufficient to get them to us. You can ship many discs this way while still being within the First Class shipping limits. Print your labels online to save on postage!
