This is Jadzia Dax as featured in the DS9 episode “Trials and Tribble-ations”. She is wearing the Classic series miniskirt uniform. She comes with a couple tribbles and some diagnostic equipment.

Item has been kept in a climate controlled environment. The package is in excellent shape with minor evidence of shelf and storage wear. There is a slight crease at the top right front of the card (but not visible in the back). Corners look good and the plastic blister is intact with no signs of yellowing. See pics.
