Here for your consideration are a beautiful pair of  vintage Italian marble owl bookends with glass eyes perched on open books.  Perfect for the book lover and a nice conversation piece.  Both bookends are in great condition with only a few light surface scratches and a small chip located on the back corner edges of the book.  Each bookend measures approximately 7 inches in height with the book forms measuring 3 1/8  wide by 4.5 inches deep.  Each weighs in at 3 pounds 12 ounces.  Please review the photos carefully as they are an important part of the description and ask questions.
