The 316L stainless steel spiral nozzle is a compact, anti-clogging, environmentally friendly nozzle with a wide range of applications. The liquid is tangled and collided by successively smaller spirals to produce a hollow conical spray shape as tiny liquid droplets are ejected. The spray angle is 120° and the flow rate ranges from 5.5 to 4140 litres per minute at a pressure of 3 bar. These nozzles are available with a male threaded connection.

The streamlined design of the nozzle cavity from inlet to outlet minimises the resistance coefficient and makes the spiral nozzle suitable for a variety of jobs. For example: chemical, environmental protection, electric power, textile and many other industrial fields, especially the flue gas desulphurisation and dust removal industry is more widely used.
