We charge shipping. Paying to ship allows us to keep our prices lower for our customers. The cost of packaging materials and shipping is steadily increasing, and we do our best to keep those costs to a minimum for your convenience. We want to keep our customers happy and our prices realistic.

 

All items listed are described as accurately as possible. We have a large inventory and try to take pictures of each product; however, we may rely on stock photos from time to time. Please note that we do list descriptions of each item so if there are any issues or a product is being sold as other than new the description will notify you of that. If you have any questions please ask before purchasing and we will gladly assist you in any way possible.

 

We offer a 30-day return on unused, unopened, and factory-sealed products. We cannot return any opened DVDs or other products. The buyer pays for return shipping and no refund will be processed until the item has been received and looked over.

 

We cannot return any gowns sold so please make sure to check the sizes and ask for any information before purchasing. We do take videos of the condition and packaging process before mailing out the dresses and those require an adult signature at the time of delivery.

 

We cannot return ANY beauty products for hygiene reasons regardless of whether it is used or not. Please confirm shades and items before purchase. Please contact us if you would like more information on the product before purchasing.
