I've included a scan of the front and back cover so please check them out.

Grade: VG there is some staining along the bottom edge of the front and back cover.  The corner edges are bent/creased on the front.  The spine ahs some tics that break colour.  There is some finger bends, light creasing and indents on both sides.  There is some faint staining on the logo.  The side edge on the back cover has a little tear.  Off-white pages for the most part, the bottom corner edge of the first page is folded over.  

Grading can be a subjective thing and ultimately the grade I've assigned is my opinion of the comic.  If you have any questions about the comic please don't hesitate to ask I'm usually fairly quick to respond.
