The figure comes new/complete, and still factory sealed in the box. The boxes may show some signs of wear from age/storage, however will still display well if you choose to keep it in the box.

Please note that all of our inventory is listed as "used" unless it was purchased directly from the manufacturer/wholesale distributor. Some companies have restrictions in place that require a vendor to be an "authorized distributor" in order to sell a product as "new". Due to the variety of products that we sell, we cannot possibly keep up with this ever-changing list, and have simply forgone using the "new" status in eBay's product fields.

Shipping

As a collectors ourselves we know the importance of packaging an item for shipment. We will do our best to package all items purchased to ensure that they arrive safely to you. We use plenty of bubble wrap, and make sure that items are well padded to survive the shipping process.

We strive for fast shipping, most orders ship out the next business day, however keep in mind that our stated handling time is 1-3 Business Days.

Orders totaling over $300.00 (including Sales Tax & Shipping) will be shipped with Signature/Delivery Confirmation.

We generally ship via USPS. However in certain circumstances, such as peek shipping periods, we reserve the right to substitute comparable FedEx/UPS shipping services (at no additional cost to you) to ensure that your items arrive in a safe & timely manor.

International Shipping

International shipping is handled by eBay's International Shipping Program. Through the International Shipping Program we ship your item to an eBay Processing Center, the Processing Center in turn ships your item to the destination country; unfortunately we have zero control over this process and/or the associated cost.

Combined International Shipping

The eBay International Shipping Program requires a unique tracking number for each individual purchase. If you wish to combine multiple orders to save on the total international shipping charge, please add the items to your cart, and purchase them all at once, eBay will calculate the total combined shipping cost based on weight. We can NOT combine international shipping after purchase. Unfortunately due to the way eBay's International Shipping Program works, we are unable to combine international orders when using the "Best Offer" feature. If you wish to make an offer on multiple items please send us a message, and we will do our best to make a custom listing so that the items can be combined into one shipment.

Payment

Payment is due within 5 days, otherwise a "Non-Paying Bidder Claim" will be automatically filed with eBay, and the item will be relisted.
