& Returns
We charge shipping. Paying to ship allows us to keep our
prices lower for our customers. The cost of packaging materials and shipping is
steadily increasing, and we do our best to keep those costs to a minimum for
your convenience. We want to keep our customers happy and our prices realistic.
All items listed are described as accurately as possible. We
have a large inventory and try to take pictures of each product; however, we may
rely on stock photos from time to time. Please note that we do list descriptions
of each item so if there are any issues or a product is being sold as other
than new the description will notify you of that. If you have any questions
please ask before purchasing and we will gladly assist you in any way possible.
We offer a 30-day return on unused, unopened, and
factory-sealed products. We cannot return any opened DVDs or other products. The
buyer pays for return shipping and no refund will be processed until the item
has been received and looked over.
We cannot return any gowns sold so please make sure to check
the sizes and ask for any information before purchasing. We do take videos of
the condition and packaging process before mailing out the dresses and those
require an adult signature at the time of delivery.
We cannot return ANY beauty products for hygiene reasons
regardless of whether it is used or not. Please confirm shades and items before
purchase. Please contact us if you would like more information on the product
before purchasing.

Anna: The owner. She purchases inventory through wholesale distribution centers from all over the United States. She also lists all of the items for sale and keeps the store running.
Jaime: Anna's spouse. He is also our warehouse and shipping specialist. Not only does he ensure your items are well packaged and secure but he handles all of the incoming and outgoing inventory. We would be lost without him.
Ruth: Anna's mother. She not only provides a ton of patience for her daughter but takes pictures of inventory to keep everything on the site looking amazing. We try not to rely on stock photos but at times it is necessary when colors or designs need to be exact.

We will ship your order in the quickest shipping method and packaging available according to what you purchased fitting with the shipping cost selected. Unless specified your item may be packaged in a bag, box, or envelope.
Shipping days are Mondays and Thursdays unless they fall on a holiday then it will be the day after.
We always ship before the date required by eBay unless that date falls on our regular shipping dates. We can ship methods other than those listed at customers' request for an additional shipping fee. If you require a shipping date out of our normal time please let us know. We can make an out-of-schedule run for a small handling charge.
We only accept eBay-approved payment methods. If you have any questions please let us know.
** No returns on opened DVDs, opened health and beauty, new clothing with tags removed, or any books. If your items are defective we will issue a refund or exchange to you once the returned item has reached our location and has been checked. Buyer pays return shipping. * Custom and/or designer gowns can not be returned with or without tags.
