Discovered in 1994 in Mali (still its only known source), this gemstone has great brilliance and a high dispersion. Its colors range from almost tsavorite green to yellow-green, yellow, gold, and brown. The rarer of the colour range is yellow.

The Mali garnet displays rare, untreated lime yellow colour throughout the entire gemstone. This gemstones dispersion is very yellow but the gemstone has got a really strong green presents.
