• This Item is Pre-Owned with Minimal Wear.
• I received this Demo DVD at the 2002 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) -- at the DTS Booth on the Show Floor -- when I was a member of the Press attending the show.
• This DTS Demo DVD was given out to attendees exactly as you see it here, with no shrinkwrap.
• I brought this DTS Disc home after the CES and I don't believe it was ever played -- if so, just once.
• It's been sitting on my DVD Shelf in the same condition as when I received it at the show in January, 2002.
• There may be some normal shelf wear on the manufacturer's original packaging.
• Shelf wear may include some scuffing, cracking, marks as well as corner / edge wear on the product box.
