This machine looks brand new except for some scratches on the metal tray from coffee mugs. The Milk Frother has never even been used! The machine is thoroughly cleaned and ready to go.

Included is brand new hose for drawing milk out of any container. The plastic tool is to adjust the grinder. I couldn’t find the original manual but I included a reprinted version of it.

In the manual it talks about a classic Pannarello steam wand that can be installed in place of the milk frother. I don’t recall that ever being included, and it’s not shown on Gaggia’s website under this model. If that’s something you want, however, it is readily available online for as low as $13.99 (I can send a link).
