This is a Stunning and Desirable piece of Antique 1920's British Gold and Gemstone Jewellery which is being sold for repair as it is missing the Central Stone. Made with an 18ct Yellow Gold Shank and an Openwork Setting and Patterned Shoulders in Platinum it is a Three-Stone Ring featuring just Two Round Old Cut Diamonds. As is usual with Antique British Jewellery it is Simply Hallmarked as photographed on the inside of the shank with 18CT for the Gold Purity, PLAT for the Platinum and it has been electronically tested at a precious metal refinery to confirm the Metal Contents. It weighs 1.7g and is a UK size K or approx. a US size 5 1/4. The 2 Diamonds measure 1.8mm diameter each, the Missing Stone would need to be slightly larger at about 2mm while the Band measures 1mm wide to the underneath of the shank. Apart from the missing Stone the Ring is in a used and good condition for its age with no damage and just some surface wear. Please note the Ring has been professionally resized at some point and the Shank is ever so slightly out of shape but this will quickly mould to a new finger so does not detract. The box in the photos is for display purposes only and is not the one it will be posted out in. BE AWARE THIS RING IS MISSING A STONE AND IS BEING SOLD FOR REPAIR !!!!!
