I have, for sale, an antique set of a tea cup and saucer by Royal Vienna. On the saucer is a stamp that looks like 84, which might be the date stamp. Pieces are in decent shape with only minor issues to the cup's main paint but wear to the gold paint on the handle and lip, as pictured. The plate has a little more wear to its main flower painting and wear to the gold along the rim as pictured, along with other scratches for to use, but no major damage. Measurements are: around 2 3/8" tall on the cup, with a lip to lip width of 2 5/8" and a total width (with handle) of 3 3/8". And, the saucer is 5 1/4" wide by just under 1 3/16" tall. Please feel free to email me with any questions that come to mind. :)
