Megillat Esther silver (tested positive for high purity silver) holder. Antique Jewish/ Judaica casted and punched. Size is about 10.5 inches. Width is about 1.5 inches. Weight is 3.7 ounces. Possibly Eastern European based on the style. 19th century. Can be used for a scroll that would fit inside.
